Pros

Friendly management, free phone and great benefits. Okay commission and leadership seems they know what they are doing for the most part.

Cons

Never get to pick your own phone. The manager can make or break you, so get in with the click or your going to be let go very quickly

Pros

Pay can be great if you're an excellent salesperson. Their training program for new hires is pretty solid and you will learn a lot IF you have a good SM. Paid vacation, sick, personal days. Sometimes, managers buy the team lunch. Generally, the employees I worked with were good people. Discounts on phone service/store merchandise. Good performance is praised

Cons

Micromanagement Cold Calling Mandatory early sales meetings (even if you're scheduled off) Long typical retail hours Some customers can be extremely needy You cannot really be a creative salesperson here. They want you to use the same process every time for every customer. If you don't you can get in trouble. Commission structure always changing, pay is sometimes unpredictable.
