Pros

Lots of easy commission as long as you are an aggressive seller.

Cons

Crazy hours. Employees would get schedule to work seven days in a row then get one day off then be scheduled to work another five days before another day off. Blocked holidays so no vacations from Thanksgiving until after New Year.

Pros

Decent commission structure, slightly better than competitors.

Cons

Bad hourly salary for retail sales compared to other carriers. As I stated above, the commission structure is slightly better than our competition - - but it's getting harder and harder to make it when the company is driving customers away in droves and offers nothing in comparison to the competition. We are pricing ourselves just like Verizon and ATT, but the prices on our handsets are often twice that of the big guys. Yet, we are expected to sell, sell, sell. Management doesn't understand we can sell the same product for twice the price when our service and customer ratings are tanking.
