Company tries to solve everything from the corporate office. Need to push decisions out to the field instead of micro-managing from the ivory tower. Things were better when the regions did not report to corporate. Employees in the field seem competent and real. People in the corporate office are very fake and promoted more as a result of who they can con versus what they know. A lot of incompetant people in high level roles at the corporate office, and a lot of office politics taking place there to get those high level roles.
