Steer Clear of This Company!

Pros

Pretty competitive pay. Good work/life balance for most.

Cons

I agree with other posts that say that your experience depends on your department. But I would definitely steer clear of Marketing - so many games/politics and power grabs. People in roles they are not qualified for but got because they have the right connections. Culture of mediocrity and no accountability, although I think that is starting to shift with the new CEO and that has people freaking out. The most talented people don't stay very long.

Pros

Good benefits, but it is not what you know, but who you know and if your leader likes you. You can have 20 years of experience in your field, but if you do not brown nose, you will get no where. Glad I am gone.

Cons

Leadership team is a joke. If you are not in the 'click' with your leader, you will be removed.

Pros

Salary, immediate benefits, and location

Cons

Funny this is, I was warned about things beforehand, but was hoping it was not true. The culture of 'Dynamic Organization' is not being practiced as stated throughout. Employees are expected to be robots, not forward-thinking professionals with fresh ideas. Management needs a wakeup call, in valuing their employees and what they have to offer. If you are not willing to confirm to your direct reports way of thinking or doing, you are not valued as an employee.
