      Pros

      Everyone works towards the same goals. Coworkers actually talk to one another and try to improve each other's performance. Customer service is a commitment not just something people say to sound good. Pricing is decent.

      Cons

      Quota often does not match expected traffic to locations, lack of communication from management is huge. From when I started to the current time the company has shifted away from valuing employees and empowering them. Also, do not work for them if you have a disability - they will use it against you.

      Pros

      Everyone is friendly and professional. There is a sense of appreciation from everyone. You are there to help so there's always a needed feeling with a sense of accomplishment when you truly fix something.

      Cons

      This is an ever changing industry so change is something that happens very often. There will always be something new to learn. Emotionally draining at times.
