      Culture is great, focusing on customers and doing things the right way Excellent potential for development if you show initiative You can sleep well at night because you are doing the right thing Dynamic environment High pay for leaders

      Other work places (especially retail) will never measure up to this in culture nor pay Culture seems to be slowly losing its focus on customers

      Pros

      focuses on the correct, up to date training, and focuses on results. Offers cafeteria, free meals at times, and freebies for rewards.

      Cons

      Management is always listening in on your phone conversations with customers. Employees must have excellent listening skills and appropriately resolve any customer issues, which is great for the customer but can cause a bit of stress knowing that you are being listened to, and judged at any time!
