Pros
The employees live the values and behaviors of the Dynamic Organization. Excellent feedback on performance. Great work/life balance; management is very supportive of life outside of work. Very understanding when stressful events occur and you need time off to deal with them. Very collaborative work environment
Cons
Formal time/days off is more limited than I am used to from previous employers Sometimes the collaboration can lead to "analysis paralysis"; sometimes there are too many hands in the project requiring multiple levels of review/approval to proceed.
