      Culture and enviroment will allow a person the flexiblity to learn and grow. The strong culture will keep you up on the softer skils.

      Not a teir 1 company, so you'll be watching other companies move forward while you wait, not really a bad thing since they make the mistakes uscc doesn't

      culture for associates is good feedback is frequent so you always know where you stand decent salary customer is number 1 priority

      Cons

      schedules are subject to change coaching leaves you stuck between management and associates coaches continue to be asked to do more so while work/life balance is encouraged it is not realistic training for coaches needs to be restructured to be more effective

      Free Cellular Service, Decent Health Insurance and Benefits, Great Co-Workers, Top Notch Training Program for sales, the company is very much into giving back to the community with Calling All Teachers and Calling All Schools programs that donate money to education in the communities they serve. Also provides matching funds to eligible charities.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring going on since the new CEO took over, more responsibilities being pushed to the frontline while the frontline is being pressured to produce more numbers, recent cuts in the commission structure that only pay for new lines of service without compensating renewals and upgrades that take as much time.
