Leadership is terrible

Pros

Insurance, 401k, vacation, & PT. Wouldn't be bad if company had good managers, didn't push BS down your throat & just let you do your job.

Cons

Company rarely fills management positions from within the company, instead will hire underqualified people that rely heavily on current employees to do their job because they aren't familiar with the system or policies. Management will harass employees that give pushback & will micro manage them, but will promote brown-nosers. Also, regardless of HR complaints, the company protects those managers that harass employees because they are "friends". You get treated fairly or promoted based on whose butt you kiss & not on qualifications. The uppers within the company continue to cut the pay of Frontline employees. You continuously make less each year you work there. The uppers get bonuses & lavish meetings while the frontlines borrow from their 401k because they make less & less each year but more responsibility is piled upon them. Frontlines are forced to sell products & services & are reprimanded for not meeting the goals set that they don't make commission on so the managers can get their bonuses. Very frustrating "woke" company to work for. They push liberal views, rules, CRT, & LGBTQ down your throat with computer training. They hire based on sexuality & race instead of character & qualifications.

Pros

Well paying without degree requirement. Good benefits package including 401k, health insurance, and free phone program for business device.

Cons

While the commission pay is wonderful, if the month has been slow it feels like you need to be looking for customers even when not at work or run the risk of not hitting the sales goals for a commission payout. Unfortunately, the location I was employed at had a pretty toxic, so it was difficult to get the coaching/support needed. Training wasn't the best because when it was time to train with customers, my coworkers did most of the training. When I was tenured, I helped train new hires with my tenured coworkers, taking time away from my sales opportunities and getting no recognition from management or quota relief.
