      No room for growth. When you finish your degree nobody wants to give you a chance to excel. They work you like crazy with less pay.

      Pros

      Getting lots of experience. Faculty is very accommodating to let me work on tasks that are of interest to my personal career goals. Flexible work schedule. Also, free and good health insurance, getting in-state tuition

      Cons

      pay is low. Nobody told me I had health insurance, and I only discovered after enrollment period, which meant I couldn't add my child anymore.

      Pros

      Benefits are great! Vacation/sick time and flexible time off. medical insurance is one of the best

      Cons

      Outdated systems and very stressful environment with old fashioned way of doing things, nothing electronic! No one is helpful and people are rude! Maybe it was the department that I was in, but it was not a pleasant experience.
