Pros

It's a good starter job if you like research and do not want to go straight into grad school. They set up a retirement fund once you being working there

Cons

Pay is not as high as employees would like. Might work over time but no extra pay is received for it.

easy to slack off which is a con to others

Cons

politics, dreary atmosphere, overwork, promotions based on fear and or buddy buddy system. no possibility of training or being able to expand or get trained on new skills / roles, despite their claims.
