Pros

Good for administrative work. Collaborative research environment.

Cons

Not good for internationals. Employees are not valued. The worst international office staff. Unprofessional and inefficient.

Pros

Great insurance and health care benefits. Not incredibly stressful work environment. Seems like a government job, for better and worse.

Cons

The pay is ok but not great compared to similar universities/hospitals. Parking is inconvenient and expensive. Due to being a government run organization, it is bureaucratic and overly structured, sometimes giving advancement opportunities based on length of employment rather than talent.

Pros

Job stability, full time job, notarity of working with UT. Depending on the clinic you're in you get OT. Not much else....

Cons

Management plays political games. Not much support from management. This company makes working for orthopedic surgeons suck. Triple booking patients, hardly get time for lunch. Paying for parking
