      benefits, TRS, earn a good amount of sick and vacation time.

      Cons

      Raises have not been given in years. You feel as if you are just a number and replaceable. Upper management want you to be open and honest but they are very sneaky on how they deal with situations.

      Great Benefits! Some areas have flexible scheduling. Work Life balance is important. There are many locations to choose from.

      Cons

      Medical Center Traffic! Expensive Parking! Some areas have no room for professional development or growth. There is no such thing as an annual raise or cost of living raise.
