      Bragging Rights For Working For UT Ssytem, That's It.

      Drama, Everything is Based on Favoritism. No Reviews, Pay Raises, Promotions. Just a paycheck until some one does not like you, It's like High School With Old Women Who Can't Accept Their Time is Over. You Only Get Hired If You Know Someone. Turn Over Rate is Insane. Majority of The Employees Are Ghetto And Rude. It's Like Worse Than Working At Ben Taub.

      scientific project is bad in terms of scoping. Some researchers are very critical and conservative. Productivity is not efficient like industry.
