      Great benefits, permanent WFH option now, (some) management receptive to ideas. (Some) management is very good at praising and thanking employees about hard work

      Pay isnt the best, other team management likes to micromanage while not actually knowing the other teams job properly, other team management causes issues that become company wide issue instead of isolated. Management refuses to fire management or team members that have a track record of not working well, making mistakes or being combative with others erroneously
