      Some of the greatest health and retirement benefits, the most holidays I've ever seen an employer give, typically one week off for Christmas

      Some unethical pockets people but no checks and balances to keep the bad business people in check

      Work independently No micro managing Great people (plus or minus the usual "special" more challenging people) Hybrid schedule Free medical insurance for your self when you retire

      Cons

      Everyone is new in this department so it's going to take effort to sync and know where things are. A lot of work (once organized, things should be more efficient) Not a whole lot of good training given, you better know your stuff or be resourceful. Requires multi-tasking, don't expect to start and end one project all at once. You'll have several going at the same time.
