Cons

Company struggles with diversity . A issue in particular is minorities that are in management making it harder for other minorities Uncle Tom attitude. Also invisible racism from upper management the sense that your compliment is not worthy . I complained to Human Resources about my mistreatment and it was pushed back to the manager I was complaining about .
