      401(k) match Vacation Great culture and great people to work with

      There is limited growth opportunity if within the company if you want to try something new or in general. Hold internal employees to a different standard than external employees because as an employee they know your flaws (from upper management). Company is going very quickly and experiencing several growing pains. If prompted you receive little to no pay increase or may be required to lower your salary.
