Pros
CEO is upfront and honest when he talks with you. Co-workers are like family. Front-line non-management staff are fun, interesting, and more talented than they are given credit for. Tons of great employees.
Cons
They talk work-life balance but when I brought up wanting to take classes for just 6 hours a week (8-10 AM Tuesday Thursday and Friday) offering to work extra on other days. I got a flat no and was also told I would be rated poorly on a performance review if word got back to HR. No real recognition for years of service or past performance. Good luck if you're not a director's favorite, they'll make you a Senior FS and then you'll watch younger folk get promoted to be your boss. You probably won't get to meet upper management unless you work at the main office, which is unfortunate because they used to come around more and are great people.
