Great company, strict on mistakes

Pros

This is a great company to work for. There's a great family vibe about it and most people like each other at the corporate office and at the branches. They have great core values and they really respect work/life balance.

Cons

If you make a mistake, you get a warning and if you get a total of 4 to 5 warnings, you likely will be fired. There's a little bit of favoritism when it comes to these warnings as well so the fairness level isn't great.

Pros

Terrific and transparent executive leadership. Paul Kundert is simply the best CEO that I have ever worked for. Open to new ideas, great benefits, great pay, and a solid work/life balance culture.

Cons

Once you step down from the executive team to the leadership team, things tend to get a little more political and "muddy". There are some terrific directors and some...not so much. That being said, if you work hard and have good ideas, you can go almost anywhere in the company.

The time frame, 7-6, that you are able to work in is tricky sometimes if you are going to school full time.
