Pros

Good communication between upper management and staff, several branches to move around in if you're front line staff, business casual dress code, health insurance.

Cons

Very cliche. Upper management has their favorites who receive more training and development towards advancement. Others will decide they don't need the growth and stick it out 5 or 10 years. If its obvious you're not moving up in responsibility, move on after 1-2 years.

Pros

No micro-managing. Easy work. Take off when needed. Goals are too easy.

Cons

Staffing and cutting corners to stay out of the red. No RECOGNITION! They have been saying we as a company need to be better at doing it, yet they never do. Don't lie to the public about your contributions to Walker. The company moves slow. So much potential business and they won't go get it. Poor incentives too.

Pros

The Earned Time Off, floating holidays and birthday holidays are very nice.

Cons

The leaders don't solve problems, they just try to placate you and hope you forget that there was an issue.
