      Large System with Plenty of Opportunity

      Pros

      Lots of opportunity for mobility within the company and affiliates. Large network with strong infrastructure support systems. Fair compensation with decent benefits and accrued 'no-questions asked' time off.

      Cons

      Confusing schism between the different 'branches' of UW Health system (different email, scheduling, and billing systems, etc.)

      I worked with the greatest coordinators I could ever ask for. The hours were very flexible, so I could come in any time of the day to get my work done.

      Awesome team work between nurses and support staff Great pay Decent work load Great hours(12hr shifts) Overtime available Free bus pass for the duration of your employment UWHC is a great place to work-but only if you're on the right unit(s) Rarely ran out of supplies

      TERRIBLE MANAGER!!! Difficult patients/patient load at times Made to feel incompetent, and belittled Singled out and hunted if manager didn't like you or you disagreed with her Way too much favoritism Unless you park off-site and take the bus, parking is HORRENDOUS to pay for, employees should NEVER have to pay to come to work
