Rigid productivity requirement. Not adjusted to the difficulty level of individual jobs. I don't believe there should be a blanket rate for all jobs. My job encompassed many more requirements than the average coder encounters. The learning curve was not taken into consideration. The department I was in lost 3 employees in the same position in less than a year. From what I have observed, this appears to be an across the board problem with this particular corporation. There appears to be preconceived standardizations that don't always meet the reality of each individual job.

Given an organization of their size, their wages and benefits could use improving. There are many other medical locations in Madison that offer significantly better wages.
