      Great pay for residency. Overall, good support for residents Good benefits overall

      1 wk paternity leave skimpy resident call meal budget. No routine free food in cafeteria.

      Good management, good work environment, good pay, care about their employees, top of the line interpreter services

      Cons

      Nothing bad to say about U.W. Hospital & Clinics other than sometimes the interpreters doesn't have much time to travel from one clinic to another between appointments.

      Pros

      Well known teaching facilities that are great. Awesome learning setting and great state of the art equipment to aid in your learning.

      Cons

      Generally the pay scale is well below the market. A recent market review was done and some long term employees won't get a raise and people that have been with company 5+years aren't close to the midpoint on the pay scale.
