I've been at Uber for nearly a decade. I have seen a lot of changes in the leadership, strategy, and overall culture. The thing which has been constant is there are many smart people who genuinely care about building a great product for consumers and drivers alike.

Cons

The company has grown very hierarchical. A lot of I-shaped orgs, especially in engineering.
