Pros

Great benefits for Management, Lots of opportunities to learn in every way: from the places you travel to and from the mostly amazing GL teams - the company's greatest untapped resource.

Cons

Each team has its own subculture and unfortunately many, particularly outside the US, are staffed with managers who have longstanding imposter syndrome that in a frat-like atmosphere to turns into downright nasty behavior: sabotage, slander, outright discrimination. All this despite echoing values about being "good people doing good things" and being inclusive. Whether or not it gets addressed depends on the team leader you have and their weight in the organization. Career advancement depends too heavily on networking and politicking. Work-life balance is awful.
