9yThanks for taking the time to write up this review. I see you've moved on to a new opportunity, but I wanted to thank you for your contributions in your time here at Uber. I'm also confident that the pros you call out have improved since you left and will continue to improve in the future. For example, we rolled out the real-time feedback tool on Northstar so every employee at Uber can give their colleagues feedback directly through Gmail. It's been a major success so far!
