Pros

its a very comfortable environment but gets boring for high achievers. Managers are pretty bad on average so its easy to stand out with minimal effort

Cons

no meritocracy or recognition whatsoever. Accept the job, but keep recruiting on the sidelines. Uber runs on bubble gum and tape

Pros

- Nice office, free lunch and snacks - Structured process and workflows in terms of operations - Some smart teammates if you're lucky

Cons

- The team I was part of frequently shifted direction every few months, which reflected broader business instability and a lack of realistic goal-setting. - Over promise, under deliver - I was assured support for relocating to another city before I signed but that promise was later withdrawn. I was eventually told it wasn’t the right business decision at the time. - Company did not consistently demonstrate a customer-first approach in practice. - No loyalty
