The mangers are a joke, they Don't listen to you, they only laugh at you. The whole shift spends the whole night on their cell phones and always trying to get out of work. The whole work force is very lazy, they would rather watch a movie on their cell phones rather than work. They are very lazy. If there is nothing to do they will have you go clean warehouse three for 8 hours, while people are sleeping on boxes or talking to all their friends about anything to get out of work. The mangers are a joke, they have no clue what is going on at Belnick. If you don't speak English you can get away with anything, Everyone stands around and talks about anything and everything from A to Z. Everyone keeps leaving Belnick after a few days or weeks at Belnick, the pay is sad $11.00 a hour, that is sad. If there is no work to do at all they will send people home very early before their shift would be over, very sad place is Belnick. Stay away.

1 person is expected to do the job of 6 people. I expected to handle in bound customer support calls but find I must have technical support, quote sale's orders. Place orders handle freight damage and defect claims and meet a bi-weekly sales quota of $50,000. Not all departments work as well together as the one I am in.
