Pros

It is not easy to find a company that cares about its employees as that seems to be a thing of the past. Belnick, Inc challenges that ideology. This company offers its employees more than just a job. They offer an elaborate company picnic every year, holiday luncheons and incentives at the end of the year. Employees are given a generous number of days for personal time off including time off for major holidays. This year Belnick, Inc even passed on saving s for health benefits to its employees with a price reduction that made the rates even more affordable. There is room to grow and be promoted when an employee earns it. The opportunity to grow is not based on popularity contests, but actually offered to those that earn the opportunity. Belnick, Inc. has business relationships with hundreds of other companies, many of which are some of the most relevant brands in the United States, which affords its employees the opportunity to learn and grow. They also utilize technology and resources that are widely recognized in the marketplace. These resources are not just utilized amongst its executives, but also within the customer service and warehouse departments. Belnick, Inc is definitely a place that I would recommend to anyone and I am grateful to be an employee here. To top it all off, the CEO and President actually care about the employees!

Cons

Still transitioning as a larger company.

Pros

Belnick has so many growth opportunities and tries to promote from within. They offer a very competitive benefits package including 401K, medical (which the company pays a large part of the premiums), dental, generous PTO time, and AFLAC insurances are also available to employees. As an employee that is 50+ years old, I have not seen any age discrimination. There are many employees that are over 50+ at Belnick. The owners have an open door policy that you just don't find in many companies and genuinely care about their employees.

Cons

For me it is the commute, but I love my job so it is worth it.

Pros

I have worked at several places over the years and Belnick is by far the best place I have ever been employed. Management has an open door policy, cares deeply about their employees and provides the necessary resources for people to succeed. They have a good lineup of benefits, including paid medical for employees, paid time off and a bonus program. Little perks that many companies have abandoned are still embraced by Belnick. A larger company with a family atmosphere.

Cons

Slightly informal due to its transition from a smaller company to one with several hundred employees.
