I have been working for Ubiquiti 4+ years now and I started as an individual contributor for Design projects - currently, I lead the largest design team in the company. All my efforts have been recognized. Management is what I would consider "NO BS management". The company is very lean and fast-moving so any slacking and detours from priorities are easily identified. If you are looking for your skills to be challenged - you will. If you are looking for a chill place to work - this is not the place.

Cons

Some will consider company pace and constant changes as a con. But for growth and success, we have to adapt in realtime. If you can adapt quickly - this is the best company to work for.
