Well, I think everyone will agree on the nice benefits (Nice office spaces, above-average salary, working with smart people and free lunch/snacks) Dynamic, fast-paced, scrappy, collaborative, rewarding. Seniors are very helpful to Juniors. Robert (CEO) is approachable and listens but also doesn't take any BS. Pretty tuned and expects the best results naturally.
