Work on cutting edge technology, above average benefits.

Cons

Micromanaging CEO leads by fear. Completely devoid of culture, every man for himself work environment (very little gender diversity). High turnover, you are replaceable and have little job security. Employees not happy and treated as cogs in a machine.

- Free gourmet lunch every day - Schedule flexibility and work from home - Get to experience a lot of different roles

Cons

- Frequent employee turnover. I’ve had multiple team members quit after less than 1 year and even pay back signing bonuses just to escape - Everything is a moving target. CEO will approve direction one month but then yell at team next month for doing what he said. Half of our work is discarded after direction changes. - Need to work through nights and weekends and vacations. No real time off away from work. - CEO micromanages individual developers. CEO made a policy that he has to be in every Slack channel. No private communications even within teams - Multiple bosses have competing directives. Not clear who to listen to. Everyone is fighting for themselves to get ahead. - Too much secrecy. Managers tell you to hide important information from other managers - CEO can be verbally and emotionally abusive. Need to have thick skin to work here
