- working with products seen everywhere - possibility to use latest networking gear - developers can have big impact on final products - no savings on equipment needed for work - no unnecessary calls - great atmosphere in the office - remote work possible

Cons

- no feedback or any clear path of self development - no B2B employment possible - compensation no longer competitive - issues with communication between teams (closed channels, endless DMs with different people)
