Pros

Work with talented people on interesting projects Basic perks are great (insurance, vacations, RRSP...)

Cons

No more remote/hybrid work Too much politics and too poor resource/project management (there are talents just poorly managed) Salary not competitive enough and almost no increase in 2-3y, no bonuses as well Low risk project and decisions, get ready to be asked to do less Career development depends on informal discussions rather than skill sets False positive mindset where honest opinions is not well received
