Pros

Good Work Life Balance. Mandatory 3 days in office, but you will not be bothered or questioned when you have to WFH due to emergencies or have to leave early or go late. People are awesome. Everyone is task oriented and cooperates together to achieve a shared goal. Pantry has free flow snacks and drinks. Regular events with free food and celebrations come monthly.

Cons

There is some office politics going on - especially amongst the highest rung managers. But if you’re lower level you’re mostly immune and can ignore it. Pay is below market rate for the kind of intellectual problem solving work we are doing on a daily basis. Bonuses are non-existent due to company not doing well financially. But the company gives good WLB to compensate.
