Chaotic, numerous useless initiatives, no direction. Career opportunities are lacking, hired some girls just for the looks.

Pros

Highly interesting profile of the company (projects, technologies, cultural diversity). Consistent benefits and bonuses + shares (RSUs) for ALL employees. Competent employees have autonomy and their voice is heard. Management paying more and more attention to the wishes of the employees - GREAT PLUS! In 2021 there will be an IPO.

Cons

It is the company's profile and the projects there that make the work quite challenging, with many hours worked. Some benefits have disappeared due to the pandemic but we can miss them, others have not a fifth. Some employees do not seem to fit, slight recruitment mistakes. Others take it big time in their heads, arrogant, fakes.
