Pros

There used to be a lot of perks, now they are cutting the benefits like crazy. I don't even know what's going to be left of all the initial perks.

Cons

Immature Management (successful through sheer luck and promoted as such). Believe in a market that isn't there and set expectations and objectives accordingly. Too much politics amongst management and a lot of desperate hires which has damaged some of the culture

Pros

Company provides a lot of good facilities like Cab, Food and travel. Performance bonus and Stock Options are very attractive . It provides easy access to travel abroad and improve customer facing skills.

Cons

Culture within the company is not very good. At least it is not the same as how it is market outside. It has bureaucracy and specially now it has been hit by Tamil Culture.

- nice perks - nice culture - I have the liberty to choose the projects I'm involved in - young ppl

Cons

- some C-level ppl were dinosaurs, glad they have been pushed out - we're missing order but this resolving slowly
