From a vision perspective, UiPath is doing really well and always innovating new products (Process Mining, Task Mining, Agentic Automation). From a culture perspective, UiPath is a great company to work for.

Cons

Every few years there is a big wave of layoff in which the local offices management will decide who to fire based on favoritism, not based on skills and client feedback.
