- Work From Home with unlimited leave policy - Various health and monetary benefits which are much better than any organization in the market. - Performance based bonus is good - Interact with different team and learn more about the product. Easy to approach teams.

Cons

- Indian Management for the team is poor. It restricts the opportunities to selected few of the employee and rest are ignored and not given any option for growth. - No work life balance as the committed time is always less than the estimated development time. - Recognition is minimum and promotion is restricted to selected favorites.
