Good benefits and nice office . Location you can’t beat and good engineering talent.

Cons

Company is not giving an honest outlook on the future . This market is gone now with the advent of ai . If you want to really understand the inner workings of the company the cofounder left and the cfo that was there before ipo left because they visualized the challenges ahead .

Good perks, better people and great culture.

Cons

Certain people spoil everything. Favouritism at its peak. People who are closer to middle managers only grow. They get everything. Treating others as nothing. Just like a number. If something goes well, they take credit. If something goes wrong, they put a gun on head. Certain people are treated with wfh, travel and so on. Others don't even exist. They can't even ask anything. They suppress like anything.
