- Competitive salary - flexible working hours
Cons
Only regarding Tokyo office, - employees cannot speak up due to hierarchical management - works like a middle-sized Japanese company and did not welcome diversity - horrible upper management While some co-workers are people that I could learn from and look up to, the majority of management-level employees were the worst managers that I have ever worked with. Judgemental and did not care for their team at all. Left the company because I could not see any career outlook. Hope this is better now.
