Pros
I have moved to UiPath after looking to move into a great startup and do things that matter, as opposed to working in a corporation with X levels of management and boring projects.
UiPath has been so far the best company I have ever encountered or worked for.
Some of the pros are:
- Great people to work with that you can ask and learn from all the time - it makes you proud to be working with people a lot smarter than you who do like what they are doing and pay attention to other people's needs
- great environment that encourages contribution, innovation and really makes people move together
- startup culture where management is there to keep an eye on the great things people are doing, not interfere and control
- open minded colleagues
- great benefits
- a lot of international exposure - you are not simply working for UiPath locally, but creating tomorrow's technology and changing the work environment for the years to come
- a lot of flexibility in terms of working hours, days and so on - not to mention the unlimited number of days off
- the seniors in the company are great people to look up to and learn from
- fun atmosphere at work
Cons
I have not experienced any cons so far. There is a lot of work to do and a lot of responsibility, but everyone is here to make a dent in the universe.
