Pros
There is a nice vibe in the office! The company strengths is its people, the availability every person shows, independently from the department is striking. Every time a project requires cross departments collaboration there is always someone willing to volunteer! Another nice thing that I 've never encountered before is the respect and appreciation people show to one another, no achievement is left unspoken!
Cons
Some processes are not yet well established, but we are getting there.
