Great remote work but chaotic and stressful environment

Pros

Fully remote job. Many talented people to work with in the Commercial SRE Team.

Cons

FedRAMP team High stress environment. Management does not care or concern itself with unrealistic demands placed on product teams. Having to manage 5 different teams and multiple unique issues/needs per team to onboard with no assistance from other team members led to absolute chaos resulting in a India based team member claiming it was too chaotic to work with me! Was never allowed to defend myself and was ordered to resign!

quota tied to ensuring renewals if you have accounts in your patch; even if prior rep didn't ensure utilization
