Start-up but not a start-up

Pros

It's start-up in the sense that everyone is very much approachable including CEO. You will be involved in some decision makings where you will feel like you just don't work for the company but it is your own. You have job stability like any big firm out there (in Engineering), benefits better than most of the big/best firms our there. 1. Great engineering leadership team and other leaders I interact with. 2. Good work with as much exposure as much you would want to get. So, you are the one limiting yourself here. 3. Most of the engineers are good and are motivated to build great products. 4. Compensation including stocks, bonuses etc. 5. RPA has a great market opportunity as we all know and UiPath simply has the best platform.

Cons

If you are specifically focused on one part of software development i.e let's say back-end then you can't just do back-end here. You have to be all full stack with more focus on your area of expertise. I am not sure if it's a con exactly.
