Cons

- overtime is a normal as drinking a coffee in the morning - aggressive dead lines witch brings a lot of stress and tensions in teams - CEO doesn't believe in work life balance

The company is very lucky to be successful so far.

Cons

Lots of toxic management. As a quickly growing startup a lot of early employees have been turned into leadership without any experience. The company has no culture of training or self improvement or accountability so these people continue to make bad decisions and lead the company in dangerous directions.
