Great engineering culture and team, interesting problems and scale to work on. Smart people who make the job worth it.

Cons

Large enterprise company, serving other large enterprise companies. Can be slow moving sometimes, comes with the usual American toxic-positivity culture.

Expectation of Work at UiPath

Pros

One can get to work on a good amount of features. The team is really helpful and knows a lot of what needs to be done. The culture is really good.

Cons

The management is not really getting better. C level people are leaving. The stock is going down. The benefits are being cut due to loss of revenue. The working hours are being increased. Sometimes manager ping on weekends just to get some kind of reply.

The management is worth, they don't care about employees, they see the employees as a revenue generating resource not as humans, and will cut you out if they feel eliminating you will increase their profits. don't join unless you won't have any another option. worst employer to work
