Have Great Pay. And Good benefits.

Cons

Pathetic management. Highly non-inclusive environment. Managers are highly susceptible to keep their region's people. If you are not one of them, either keep grinding till layoff, or just resign for your peace. There is a big price for the great pay, and unfortunately, pay is the only good thing. No work life balance. Forget about your life while you're here.

A lot of things to learn since everyone has to handle work of more than one person

Cons

.net and angular as tech stack which is outdated. Most of the times, weekend work is expected. Managers are micro managing the team.
