      Pros

      Competitive salaries, employee benefit programs and bonus package. Growing company led by a superb management team who cares for its people. Offers a friendly work environment and is equipped with talented resources. You would be hard-pressed to find a more engaged workforce!

      Cons

      With a commitment to succeed Uline, hires only the best and some may view that as a Con. Company culture isn't for everyone. If you aren't passionate and driven, it's likely not a good fit.

      Hard to move up the ladder. They hire upper and mid level management from the outside instead of promoting deserving employees that have years of experience with the company.

      Good starting pay, good benefits, not a terrible job.

      Cons

      Hours are 10-6:30, but we are required to work overtime until all the work is done so you never know when you will get out, every little thing needs to be done their way, and you will be micromanaged constantly. Constant pressure to maintain accuracy and productivity at unrealistic standards.
